“Don’t take life too seriously. You’ll never get out alive.” ~Elbert Hubbard
“Worry pretends to be necessary but serves no useful purpose.” ~Eckhart Tolle
Next time you get hit by one of those negative and draining emotions
like jealousy, fear, anger, worry, or greed that are nearly always
status related, take a couple of deep diaphragmatic breaths, smile
(because smiling sends a positive message to your brain that all is
good) and ask yourself with a genuine sense of curiosity:
Is this really me, or is it just my brain up to its old tricks again.
when things get hard You don’t rise to the level of your expectations, you fall to the level of your training
Jump out of the air-plane
Each moment presents a new opportunity to be free, to be brave you have to practice being brave, to be free you have to practice letting go
there are no mistakes, only lessons. Whatever the outcome of your action, you will have certainly learned something.
