Improve low self esteem

If you have low self-esteem, that means you need to go back to your values and reassess how you can rearrange your life to feel like you are living with integrity based on what matters to you.

Listen to the voices in your head which give you a litany of excuses why you can’t do something. Those voices don’t want change. They want to keep the status quo. Evict them

Stamping your feet and flailing your arms at unfairness doesn’t solve anything; slopping around in life’s negative emotions hurts nobody but yourself

peace of mind comes with daily practice and patience. We have to constantly remind ourselves to let go of the pain, hurt, failure, whatever it might be that is causing distress and cluttering our minds. Practice the art of peace daily and have patience with it

Don't try to live someone else's life, what you think you should do. Living up to your own full potential is giving yourself permission to be who you are and tapping into your  unique you.

Realize that doubts are fear, and fear is: Forgetting Everything’s All Right

Be comfortable being uncomfortable. Doubt is only a thought and feeling, nothing to resist

Do not fight, see anxiety as ways that your body is trying to get you to stop,  a message. a lesson to be learned



You need to hold it before it can be let go
